Our Summer Roadmap: Less Searching, Faster Matching, Wider Reach

Ask a recruiter where the day goes, and you’ll usually hear: “searching on LinkedIn, pulling applications out of the inbox, reading and forwarding vacancies, and posting on social media.” At the companies we talk to, that adds up fast: recruiters spend up to 80% of their time searching for candidates.

That’s exactly what our summer roadmap is about. We’re glad to share what we’ll be building over the coming months to automate more of that daily work — and we’ll keep you posted along the way. Below is what’s coming, and why.


1. Your own job page, SEO-ready

The classic setup — a website from one vendor, an ATS from another — costs time and isn’t necessarily the most efficient. Vacancies get pushed to an external site, and applications come back as an email that you convert into a candidate by hand. You lose speed along the way.

That’s why at Selectify we’re building a job page of your own, for our customers. Every vacancy gets its own SEO-optimised landing page in your house style — with your logo, colours, and an application form that drops a candidate straight into the dossier. No mailbox as a middle step, no retyping. You can easily embed these pages in your own website, and Selectify shares them automatically to channels like your LinkedIn company page, Facebook, and Instagram.

2. Bulk matching on the CV

Matching in many systems doesn’t look at the CV itself, but at search criteria you enter by hand. The result then depends on how well you keep those filters up to date — not on who’s actually in your database.

We turn it around. Post a new vacancy, and Selectify immediately runs a match analysis against your entire candidate database, based on the underlying CV. You get a ranked candidate list, with the explanation per candidate of why it’s a match. No black box, no manual criteria — the candidates you already have simply rise to the top.

3. Automated searching

Companies spend most of their time searching. Today that’s largely manual: LinkedIn Recruiter, separate tools, the same query over and over.

Selectify already has a LinkedIn search, and we’re expanding it. Soon Selectify will automatically send out multiple searches per vacancy and return a list of candidates, ranked by match percentage — directly on LinkedIn and other platforms. You get a ready-made shortlist in the system; the searching happens in the background.

4. Automatic contact messages over email and WhatsApp

Candidates drop off when it stays quiet too long. We already generate messages for you automatically, like rejection emails. We’re expanding that: with the help of AI, we draft quick replies and follow-ups over email and WhatsApp.

What matters here is control. You decide how the system responds and when you take over yourself. That way you keep in touch continuously with little effort, without anyone slipping off the radar.

Alongside the four big building blocks, we’re working on:

  • Anonymised CV for clients, in your house style, at the click of a button
  • Automation rules (“if status X, do Y”)
  • Expanded search across your own database
  • Selectify as an app icon on your phone, so you can open Selectify easily when you’re on the move
  • Extending reporting with channel attribution, so you can see which source actually delivers candidates

This is the direction for the coming months. We’re building it step by step and we’ll keep you posted the moment something goes live — you don’t have to do a thing, it simply appears in your account.
