We’ve all seen it happen. On paper someone’s the perfect candidate, but in practice they don’t click with the team at all. Or the reverse: someone’s missing that one certification but is exactly the doer you need.
At Selectify we don’t believe in ticking boxes for the sake of it. We look at fit the way it actually works in the real world. Of course our system checks the hard requirements, but the real value lies in the balance across four dimensions:
- Personality — does the way someone communicates and works match the rest of the team and the role?
- Education — what’s the foundation?
- Knowledge and experience — what has this person actually done?
- Competencies — which skills will they bring to the floor on day one?
No gut feeling — an objective picture that helps you look past a keyword in a PDF. It’s how we find people who not only can do the job, but stick around.
