Selectify is a system that combines automated candidate matching with a shared team workspace. It processes CVs and scores candidates on skills, experience, education and personality. Through the system's analyses you can find the right candidates faster.

How does Selectify match candidates to a job?

You upload a job description and candidate CVs. Selectify extracts the data from these documents and analyzes each candidate on four areas — skills, experience, education and personality. A match score from 0 to 100 is then generated for each candidate on every area.

Is Selectify built for teams?

Yes — collaboration is the foundation of Selectify. Every plan includes unlimited team members, real-time per-job chat, shared notes and the ability to add comments about candidates. Task assignment with follow-up is built in, and every change is recorded in an audit log.

Which document formats are supported?

Selectify supports PDF, DOCX, ODT and TXT files for all documents. All information is extracted from these documents automatically — no manual data entry.

Can I run a DISC assessment without a subscription?

Yes. Your first three DISC personality assessments are free, and additional assessments are €19 each — no subscription required. The candidate completes the test online, the multi-page DISC report is delivered by email as a PDF, and a copy is stored in your Selectify candidate database. You can upgrade to an Essential, Professional or Enterprise plan at any time to unlock the full hiring platform — ATS, CV parsing, candidate matching and team collaboration.

Is candidate data stored securely and in line with GDPR?

Yes. Selectify is built with GDPR compliance in mind: automated consent requests and candidate self-service data updates. After the legal retention period data is automatically deleted, unless the candidate consents to keeping it longer.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. The free tier is a pay-as-you-go plan — no card on file until you need it. Your first job posting is free; after that, additional jobs are charged per-job. Your first three DISC assessments are free; after that, additional assessments are €19 each. The full candidate database, team workspace, task list and audit log are included on the free tier from day one.

How much does Selectify cost?

Selectify offers a free tier alongside three paid plans — Essential, Professional and Enterprise — via a monthly or yearly subscription. The free tier is pay-as-you-go (your first job and your first three DISC assessments are free, no subscription needed); the paid plans unlock unlimited jobs, unlimited DISC assessments and the full hiring platform. Custom pricing is available for teams with more than 50 jobs or specific integration or support needs.
