Introduction

These Terms govern your use of Selectify, operated by Pinkle B.V., a SaaS platform for applicant tracking and HR recruitment. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

We aim to provide a clear, fair, and safe environment for our customers and their users. Please read carefully.

Use of the Service

By using Selectify, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
  • Use the platform only for lawful recruitment or HR activities.
  • Avoid misusing the system, attempting unauthorized access, or disrupting service functionality.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All actions performed under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription & Payment

Selectify is provided on a subscription basis:

  • Fees are billed according to your selected plan.
  • Non-payment may result in temporary suspension of access.
  • Upgrades or downgrades are applied according to your plan and payment schedule.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Data Ownership and Privacy

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to Selectify.
  • We are granted a license to process your data solely to operate and improve the platform.
  • We do not have direct access to individual candidate or job data. Only aggregate or anonymized data is visible, used to improve services and analyze trends.

Intellectual Property

Selectify and Pinkle B.V. retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, trademarks, and content.
Your license to use the platform is non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, and valid only for the term of your subscription.

Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of planned maintenance.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
However, no online system can be 100% secure, and you agree to use the platform responsibly.

User Conduct

You agree that you and your users will not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights.
  • Impersonate others or attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
  • Introduce malware, spam, or other harmful content.

You are responsible for managing your users and safeguarding your account.

Term and Termination

  • These Terms take effect upon account creation or acceptance of a plan.
  • Subscriptions continue for the duration of the selected plan unless terminated.
  • Either party may terminate for cause if obligations are not met, or for convenience according to plan terms.

Upon termination, all rights to access the platform end, and fees due remain payable.

Liability

The platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available.”
We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages.
  • Loss of data due to external factors or user actions.
  • Issues caused by misuse of the platform.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the platform in the last six months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review the terms periodically to stay informed.
