Most job postings live a double life. The text sits on an external job board or somewhere on the company website, but applications arrive somewhere else entirely: as an email in an overcrowded, shared inbox. Someone then has to fish it out by hand, create a new candidate, upload the CV, and link it all to the right job. Every single time.

Along the way you lose valuable time. And that standout candidate who applies at 10pm on a Friday? They won’t hear back until well into the following week, whenever there’s finally time.

We promised this in our summer roadmap: your own careers page. It’s live today. One clean page, in your own branding, listing all your open jobs. The moment an application comes in, it flows straight into Selectify with the analysed candidate ready and waiting for you.

#Why we built this into Selectify

We could have given you a simple button to push your job listing out to an external website. That’s the traditional setup: a website from one vendor, an ATS from another.

But that’s exactly where it breaks down. The moment an application arrives via a detour, you’re back to copying and pasting by hand. Between “email received” and “candidate in the system” you lose time — and sometimes you lose the candidate altogether.

That’s why this page is built directly into Selectify. The job you create in the system is exactly what the candidate sees. Someone applies? You don’t retype a thing. The application automatically becomes a candidate, gets linked to the right role, and the analysis starts immediately. Open Selectify and everything’s already waiting for you: CV, scores, and details.

#How it works

Turn it on in two simple steps:

1. Go to Settings → Team and switch on Public careers pages. This is the master switch for your whole team.
2. Then choose per job which ones go live. On your jobs overview, simply switch on the Public toggle for the roles you want to share.

Only active, public jobs are visible. Once a job is filled or closed, it disappears from the page automatically.

This is the link you share on LinkedIn, in your email signature, or on your website. Every job gets its own subpage with a clear apply button.

Good to know: Behind the scenes we automatically add the right markup so your jobs also show up neatly in Google for Jobs. We also display your logo and company details in your team’s language. You don’t have to touch SEO yourself.

One thing to know: the page currently runs on getselectify.io/careers/<your-team>. Connecting your own domain name (like yourcompany.com/careers) is our next feature we are planning!
