Why we built Selectify
Candidate selection is often inefficient — not for lack of time, but because the right tools aren’t in place. Reading CVs takes hours and rarely produces an objective comparison. On top of that: how do you keep your whole team working in the same system, with the entire process findable in one place?
Selectify started from hands-on practice with a simple question: what would a system look like if it were built today, with modern tools and grounded in the way recruiters actually work?
