Your first job on Selectify is free

An ATS only proves itself once you actually run a job through it — parse CVs, rank candidates, prep an interview, send the offer. From today, every new team gets off to a proper start. Register, land on the dashboard, click Create new job and you can run one complete job through Selectify without committing to anything. No card details required, no mandatory plan picker — just get going.

Why a real job and not a sandbox

We deliberately chose not to ship a 14-day demo with watermarks and pre-loaded fake candidates, for a simple reason: nobody hires from a sandbox.

Filling a job is a real decision with real people. Only once you’ve parsed your own job description, watched your own shortlist emerge and seen how the candidate insights line up with the criteria you actually care about can you tell whether the tool fits how you hire.

So we do the opposite. Your trial job is a real job — every feature unlocked, every report available, every integration on. The only thing capped is the count: one job.

This is also our answer for the small team that hires once or twice a year. An 8-person office doesn’t need an ongoing subscription for an ATS that sits idle most of the year. Used your free job? Then you pick a monthly plan if you’re hiring continuously, or pay €30 per job if you do it sporadically. The same full toolset, paid for only when you actually use it.

How it works

Register at getselectify.io — name, email, password, done. The first screen you see is the dashboard, with a single primary button: Create new job.

Click it and upload your job description (PDF, DOCX, ODT or TXT). Selectify reads the document and pre-fills the title, location, salary range, required skills and the criteria you’ll score candidates against. Adjust the fields where needed, save the job, and you can start adding candidates straight away.

Everything is on from the start: candidate insights, the four scoring dimensions (DISC, skills, education, experience), interview cards, the full report generator, the documentation and every email template. Nothing is hidden behind a paid “Pro” label.

Why this works for you

  • A real ATS for occasional hiring: Once or twice a year is still hiring. It shouldn’t come with an unnecessary annual commitment.
  • No demo data or watermarks: Real candidates, a real job. Whether the tool works for you, you see in a real result.
  • You decide what comes next: Continue with a monthly plan or €30 for the next single job. The trial never auto-converts into a paid subscription.
  • No card needed: We never ask for a payment method until you decide to take a paid step.

A real-world example

Annelies is the office manager at an 8-person architecture firm in Utrecht. Once or twice a year the office hires a new architect — the rest of the year, the recruitment side of her work sits still.

Before, she’d often get stuck looking for software because systems asked for a credit card or subscription before she could even post a job. Paying year-round for a single hire didn’t feel logical, so she’d default back to spreadsheets and her email inbox.

From this week, that’s different. Annelies registers for free, uploads the firm’s “Senior Architect” job and starts shortlisting against the criteria Selectify parsed from her own document. When the role is filled a few weeks later, she has every option open: pay €30 for the next role when it comes up, or — if hiring picks up structurally — switch flexibly to a monthly plan.

Where to find it

Just created an account? You’re already in the trial automatically. Just click Create new job on the dashboard to get started. The flexible pay-as-you-go option rolls out alongside the trial; you’ll find it on the Billing screen and in the new-job modal once your first slot is used.

If the trial suits you and fits how you hire, you don’t need to do anything to extend it — you simply pay for the next job when you create it.
